Is CYO a good alternative for Kanani?

I really want Kanani and Iām looking for secondhand dolls I could send in to the hospital for a new head. But Iām wondering if a CYO doll with medium skin tone, Jess mold, hazel eyes, and long wavy light brown hair would be a good likeness for Kanani. Any thoughts? Should I hold out for a good secondhand doll? Totally understand the Jess mold is a bit different now versus original Kanani.
