I had nothing against American Airlines. I lived in a delta hub and so became a loyal delta user for years. I recently moved to an American Airlines hub and was forced to convert.
I have no idea where to start. Everything from the product to the flight attendants is horrible. They always have an attitude, hit your elbows when walking through the isle, charge exorbitant fees, are a pain in the a%# to deal with for any sort of chances. AA just sucks.
I now started taking connected flights just to avoid American and itβs longer but such a better experience. Just needed to vent.
