We booked a flight through BA from London to Miami. We’ve actually found out that the flight isn’t a BA flight it’s AA. Having never flown AA before we have done some research and we are slightly worried to say the least.
In the past we have flown with the likes of Qatar and Emirates and love the friendly flight attendants, good food, and free flowing alcohol. We find a good airline gives the holiday a boost.
So are we right to be worrying about the poor reviews we’ve seen about AA or is it just a case of those reviews are from the disgruntled and not the average passenger.
TIA.
