Cancelling trip booked with multiple Trip Credits

I booked a flight using 4 Trip Credits and the rest with credit card. If it's been over 24 hours, does anyone know if I will receive a lump sum Trip Credit for the total cost? or each individual trip credit I used to book the flight and then a 5th one for the credit card part? Or will I get the dreaded Flight Credit? Just wondering if anyone has been in a similar situation.
