Upgrade LAX - JFK Help!

Hi! Looking for some help from this Reddit Group!
We recently just did a paid upgrade from economy plus to Flagship Business Class from LAX to JFK (and the return flight as well). Got lucky with a $150 upgrade offer.
I am wondering if we get access to the Admirals Club/Flagship Lounge, if we get free checked bags and if we can use the expedited TSA Lines at LAX/JFK. Any help will be appreciated!
