It seems that everyone getting bumped canceled or just a horrible experience has a multiple stop itinerary. I’ve flown AA for ever and fly business and non stop. Never had any of the issues that I’m reading about daily. I guess with all the negative outcomes there has to be some success stories out there. My only complaint is the cost is crazy town and booking with miles , bring back the times of 25k round trip DFW-CUN miss those days
