Just a post to let everyone know that with the share count AMC can’t legally say they have more shares voted than the float. Having both AMC and GME, I was pumped for the GME share count result then was left deflated when they only announced the legal float amount voted, I then read that companies can’t legally report over voting, however GME stated on their filing that there was a investigation with the SEC. I just don’t want Apes to get excited expecting to see colossal numbers in the voting when it simply won’t happen. I do expect AMC announce some sort of investigation by the SEC
TLDR: Don’t expect AMC to announce millions and millions of shares over voted, they legally can’t do this, the same happed with GME a few months back.
