question regarding pre-ordering

Ok, so currently I'm using my free trial for amazing prime, and I pre-ordered a comic book that will be released by September, I was wondering would my 2-day shipping that I get from my prime subscription still work even though when it does eventually ship, I will no longer have the subscription or will there be extra charges.
