Today I got an email from my credit card company that I received a credit from Amazon for the same amount as a recent purchase I made. I checked my transaction history, and yep, it appears that I have been refunded.
The issue is I didn't ask for a refund, there are no traces on my account of a refund or any requests for one, and I haven't gotten any emails from Amazon. I also tried intitiating a refund myself to see if it's possible, and this item isn't eligible for refunds in the first place. I'm just wondering if I should be concerned at all? The item is still in transit, and is expected to arrive in a few days. Has this happened to anyone else? I'm hesitant to call customer service, as the order was $75, and I'm not against a free refund for an order of that cost ngl. Any advice would be appreciated!
