UPS employee removed “Try Before You Buy” shoes from boxes, returned them boxless
Post Body

My understanding was try before you buy items need to be returned in good condition because they are resold so I was shocked when I brought shoes to UPS and they removed the shoes from the boxes and shipped the shoes back in plastic bags and threw the shoeboxes away. It’s been an over week and Amazon still says “in transit”, I’m just worried I’m going to get charged for what UPS did. UPDATE: Amazon says they got the shoes back and didn’t charge me.
