It seems to be going further and further downhill. In the last couple of months I can't count the number of times I've had to go around my apartment complex looking for my package that got delivered to a wrong address. I've sent feedback in each and every time and nothing has changed.
Today was the real kicker. I made a large purchase on Prime Day ($500 ) and apparently the policy is that for a delivery with that price tag you have to give the driver a "one-time password". I take the day off work and wait for the delivery window. Finally get the lovely "Your package is 10 stops away!". Great. I'll handle a few things and answer the door to give this code to the driver when he gets here. After a bit I notice that the driver still hasn't arrived. I pull up the app and check and see that he's 1 stop away. Back to what I was doing while I wait for the doorbell. After a few more minutes I hear something that must be the driver but no doorbell so I assume it was the neighbors. Another few minutes go by and I pull up the app to check. I see that the driver is driving away. I go to my door and find that 2 of my other packages have been delivered but the one that I stayed home from work to give this top secret code for has not. I tried to chat with Customer Support and they were as useless as ever. The "supervisor" even went as far as telling me that " maybe it is a different Van, not assigned to your order"...
So now I'm stuck taking ANOTHER day off work to hope that the next driver gets it right. So frustrating!
