Getting even cheaper with the shipping containers?

Just got done with a 2015-2315 shift at Charlotte 9. While throwing packages on inbound. I noticed 5 plastic bags of women's lingiere, swimsuit and underwear with just a shipping.label on them. These same bags from experience can't stay closed when on the robo containers from the time you put them in at stow until they are picked.

Please tell me this was a mistake but someone at CLT2 or CLT and not something approved by our managing morons to have things put as SIOC that will never make it to the customer after they order
