Speed drop off dramatically

Hey guys, just got an Eero 6 model and set it up. Ran a speed test on my phone from different spots in the house, the room with the router I get 800mbs but I go to the next room and I only get 50mbs?
I have the router in an open and high position with no interference I’m aware of.
Any recommendations?

App says it’s up to date and the second speed test is only 3m away I get no signal at all from 15 m away
