Show 5 and Show 8, v2 not playing complete routines

On both my Show5 and Show8, v2, they played my routine without any problems long ago. Now they don't play TELL ME A JOKE, GOOD NEWS. Yes I've tried deleted and created new routines and factory reset, deregister/reregister.
Anyone else have a long routine in the morning to wake up, and have it say this and that and having issues?
I have NO problems playing the same routine on my Dots v3. 🤷♂️
