Hello,
Inormally wouldn't post this, but I am just beyond uspet.
In the last year Amazon has had 5-6 orders of mine delivered to another address near my home where a rental office is located. Its a block away.
I have complained several times about this issue, and it has never resolved in any meaningful way.
Come last week. Another order is delivered to the wrong address. I contact amazon and let them know that it has happened again and that I am at the end of my rope. They reassure me it will be delivered on monday directly to me.
Shortly after, I remembered a few items I had forgotten to order, and placed and order for them shortly after.
Come monday:
the second order I placed never shipped until saturday and is now showing that delivery won't be for another day.
re-placement order I put it was unable to be delievered - Amazon claims they had no idea how to reach my appartment through the labeled and automated buzzer system, and told me to wait a full day for re-delivery.
I called back before the end of the delivery window to get this corrected, and was told nothing could be done. Out of frustration, I canceled my orders in progress, all of them. I then stopped renewal on all my services through amazon.
I was escalated up the chain to a senior agent to get my refunds processed immediately for my orders. He decides to refund my prime membership as well, without hesitating. I told him I had promotional months left that I wasn't planning to give up as I use the digital services still.
Without a care, he canceled it all and deleted my 2 months of prime credits from previous errors.
I contacted amazon today to resolve the issue again and was told that I could either :
A- rebuy prime all together, and they MAY give me 1 of the 2 missing credits back. B - pound sand.
I am beyond upset, and just don't know who to talk to or what to do
