Looking for an alert app to keep me awake at work meetings.

I love my Stratos II watch but I am tempted to go back to the old ye Pebble as it can run the Getup, Standup app which was perfect for this. So the app works by reminding me to sit up, breath, and consider getting up for a quick splash on the face during meetings, which yes are fkng boring as hell.
