Sleep alarm that matches with sleep cycles

Years ago before I had an Amazfit I used to have this app that would track my sleep quality using my phone’s microphone (essentially tracking the noise of my movement at night) and it would wake me up outside of one of my sleep cycles so that I wasn’t being woke up in the middle of REM. It was actually quite useful as I didn’t wake up quite as groggy. I cannot find this app anymore but is there one like this out there that uses Amazfit to track our movement to wake us up in non-REM sleep?
