If you contact a station, and they are right inbetween frequencies the online logs let you enter, should you log it higher or lower? For instance say I contacted a station that was firmly at 28.331.5
Do I log this station at 28.331? Or 28.332? My gut tells me the display says 28.331 so that should be it, but im just not sure. Should I be rounding up? Thanks in advance.
