Post Body

So I remember hearing about a solar system rhat involved hams who were also engineers to keep noise down. I also found an ARRL article about shutting up systems too (tl;dr toroids and distance are radio's best friends)

All I'm hearing from hams is ARRRG WTF NOOOO NOT SOLAR, the sales people say no noise from their systems but there's no guarantees. Am i crazy? What systems are generally pretty quiet on HF up to VHF?
