I have no idea what I'm doing #2: Interfacing my radio with my computer.

Hello again, I realized that everything i have ever posted here has been a question so thanks to all of you for your support. I find that /r/amateurradio is an amazing source for help and you are all amazingly helpful and knowledgeable.

I would like to try data modes such as psk31 and rtty however i am not sure how i would go about interfacing with my pc. I have a relatively old rig, a yaesu ft 757 gx, it does have an audio in/out and a ptt plug. i can solder etc and have a dad who can help me with any of the fiddly bits (if there are any). Thanks in advance.
