Sparring advice as a beginner

Hey, I am an 18 year old male, been boxing for 4 months. My coach has got me to start sparring on the 2nd month, in many ways sparring has demoralised boxing a lot for me, I get tense my foot work is all over the shop, I just get hit and I get gassed out incredibly fast. When Iโm not boxing I am doing some sort of cardio (2-3 times a week of cardio)
Whatโs are some beginner tips to overcome this, and to get better?
