I was doing some sparring, without mouthguards, or head guards or even decent gloves (They were 8oz, but most of the knuckle padding was missing). I was doing well, hit him with a great body shot that made him stop. Couple minutes later we continue. Then i got hit with a straight right straight on the chin. It hurt more than any other punch i've felt, even some lethal body shots. My chin hurt, my lips hurt, my jaw hurt, even my ear hurt for some reason. I wasn't wobbled or anything, still 100%, just in a lot of pain. Have any of you felt these symptoms after a punch?

Other info: I am 5'10 133 lbs, he is 5'8 165 lbs.

EDIT: Thank you for the feedback, i know never to spar again without the proper protective equipment, i was a idiot. Never again, lesson learned.
