Hey guys- I been training for three months now and I am seeing progress which is cool. I’m getting more relaxed in sparring and my movement and footwork is increasing. One thing since I started that I’m having trouble with is staying 100% focused in sparring. It’s like I’m there but I’m not. My mind goes blank and I began to wander in my thoughts literally while someone is hitting me in the face. I like to think it’s because of ADHD or something. Has anyone dealt with this? Thanks in advance!
