Hi all,
I have been boxing consistently now for 3 months. 4 days a week. I come from a strength and conditioning background. I want to incorporate strength and conditioning days along with going to the boxing and sparring. Is there an optimal way to approach this?. My main responsibility is a full time job. Other than that, Iām pretty open. I was thinking 2 days. One being an upper body the other being a lower body. Is this enough frequency or should I lower by boxing to three days and strength train three days? Thanks you guys in advance for your time.
