I feel bad about really outclassing my sparring partner for the first time, is this normal or am i overthinking it?
Post Body

Did 3 rounds with someone who im always very evenly matched with, the first 2 rounds i really focused on the body and dominated the temp and then the third round i managed to get him in the corner and landed 2 4-5 punch combos before letting him out and just jabbed the rest of the round because he looked exhausted. After the round though he seemed really bummed out and frustrated with himself and now i feel bad. Any advice?

Def normal. I used to have to spar my friends, which made an awkward drive home. I felt horrible accidentally busting my buddies mouth real bad once. From then on, coach made me spar with the pros...so it went the other way for a while LOL
