Just a few years ago I was obese, unhealthy and unhappy. I would wake up in the middle of the night chocking and felt tired all day. Diabetes and heart disease run in my family. I will break that generational curse and stay healthy. I still haven’t hit my main goal of 185 lbs but I’m close.
