This album is so, so special. It’s been almost a year and some songs are still sticking in my head. I discover or fall in love with a new part every time. The entire album still feels so fresh despite me playing it through probably 50 times at this point. Honestly, the first time I listened to it I had trouble distinguishing the songs and it all kind of just blended together. But after the third or fourth listen, it became more and more clear until it finally clicked for me. Their earlier stuff is so amazing I almost can’t believe that Blue Rev blows it out of the water, but it does. The entire album is so sonically cohesive yet every song feels unique; not a single skip for me. Truly a masterpiece tbh <3
