Vender possibly mislabeled issolates?

I recently purchased CBD and CBNo isolates from a popular vender on here and made my own tincture with them.
Over the past 3 nights I took them at different dosages up to the highest at 250mg CBD/50mg CBNo but each time they left me feeling "tweaked out" with racing thoughts and the high dose left me unable to sleep for 10 hours.
Could I just have weird body chemistry? I don't want to trash a vendor but wanted to see if anyone else has had weird experiences with isolates?
