Sometimes can't sleep because of t-break, had too much coffee, or just stress.
Tried CBN alone but it doesn't work for me, gets me a bit tired but still can't sleep.
When I mix CBD, CBN and CBG isolate then it 100% works. Even if I had coffee before bed, I'll sleep without a problem. I'll have wild dreams 2x during night and still remember them in the morning. Best part is feeling so refreshed after sleep.
My recipe:
- Coconut oil (fat to absorb it better)
- 50mg CBD
- 25mg CBN
- 25mg CBG
Not sure if ratio matters. Tried it few times and always works good. It's like a cheat for insomnia.
