THC-V HOW?

It may not look like it, but a lot of the clear oil is properly dissolved THCV as well. I even make sure all of the oil including the base is warm, and I'm still left with these blotches weeks later. Do I just NEEED to mix it with CBC first? Will I damage the CBC warming it up degrading into CBL?
