math help? making my own carts for the first time :)

I'm making two different blends, both "recipes" shown in the photo.
I have some medium size glass jars that can hold the blends.
I have 5g each of HHC and h4cbd. I have 1 ml each of terpenes and CBC.
the carts are 1ml, and the syringe holds the same amount.
could someone help with providing exact amounts of what I'd need of each ingredient to make the recipes? I struggle with math, especially when it comes to different units and stuff.
