Can i extract the HHC juice from a disposable vape?

The title says it all really. I am currently vaping some nice HHCP but it doesn't get me as high as the disposable vapes do, but the disposables make me cough like a 90yr old with pneumonia compared to my nice Vaporesso which is as smooth as fresh air.
Is there any way to safely remove the juice from a disposable HHC vape to use in a regular vape like what I've got?
