Post Body

So I just found some knowledge that may very well have made our Heritage Null. The Deku bit was planned. Going back to watch the video Sonic Forces: PLUS ULTRA, before Deku was established as a character in the Sonic canon, Sonic fan (girl) states "what would deku do" while they're deciding on which difficulty to play. This is irrefutable evidence that Deku was not in fact a legendary hero who came from nowhere, he wasn't an underdog, he was raised, trained, and this revelation has shocked me. If we can no longer believe in Deku as an old hero, who can we believe?
