I've got a pain in my forearm on the inside kind of where you would take a needle to give blood or take a pulse, but slightly to the left if your palm is up. Hurts mostly when I do curling motions, In a bit when I'm just bending my arm in general. Don't want to go to a doctor just yet cuz I've been going already to various doctors dealing with a right shoulder issue for a while and I don't want to start that process all over again.
Is this tennis/golfer elbow or is that more on the outside of the arm on the actual elbow?
What can I do to minimize this or help to heal, If it can be healed?
