In my last Morgan game, Miriam and I have had truce for awhile, I take The Cyborg Capital which has the Empath Guild and at least two other SPs. Out of nowhere Miriam breaks truce and does the AI long range nuke on the Empath Guild! There was like minimal air forces there and Morgan Industries was a much juicier target. She probably just wanted to do war crimes. After a long way she surrenders. Fight the Hive long enough to get 3/4 population votes. Call the Vote for Diplomatic Victory. Miriam, Lal, and I are yes and it's enough. But wait there's more! "Miriam has defied the will of the council!" So I know what I have to do. Call a vote on removing the chemical weapons ban, "too soon". Literally have to just conquer the Believers the old fashioned way. All I can say is she must really hate Democracy to go to such lengths.
