I'm the CEO/CTO/dev/everything of Client Buddy, a bug/issue reporting tool looking for web developers and/or agencies to be part of a beta program. Client Buddy aims to save web devs/agencies time by providing their clients and users a way to easily and quickly report issues directly on their website.

Client Buddy provides the web dev/agency with a widget that is installed on web sites/web apps that they are building so that their clients and users can report issues directly on their website. The widget also provides your client/users to record a screen share to highlight the issues described in the report.

There's a task board in the Client Buddy dashboard as well as a handful of integrations with some of the most used project management tools (JIRA, Trello and Asana and more in the future) in the world, allowing you to create tickets/tasks in your project management tools directly from the Client Buddy dashboard.

I would have loved to have this tool available to me when I was working with freelance clients as I was spending a lot of time going back and forth through email threads which easily get lost.
