Shampoo rec for AA and psoriasis needed

So I have the fun combination or Alopecia Areata and psoriasis on my scalp. I have a topical solution for the psoriasis but I just ran out of shampoo and was wanting to see if anyone had any favorite shampoos that helped with the psoriasis or at least doesn’t aggravate it anymore. I always feel itchy and crusty and it’s hard to know sometimes if the folicle discomfort is which issue. Thanks for any suggestions!
