Hi, I'm 19/m. Since my beard started to grow, I noticed a bald spot under my chin, but I thought that eventually it would have been filled naturally,by itself. However, now that my beard has fully grown, the bald spot is still there,and there are no little hair, is totally bald. The thing I would like to know is if can it be beard alopecia or not, because I thought that with beard alopecia the hair would first grow,and then eventually fall out creating the bald spots,while I've always had that. Other than that, in the last 6/7 months I also started to lose hair on the scalp, and so i was asking myself if beard alopecia(in case I have it)can translate to scalp hair loss.
