Auto-Clockout fearure question

How to ENABLE the auto clock for a specific employee to when they run their checkout.
For some reason I have 1 server who runs a checkout but if they dont clock out, it doesn't adjust their time to when they ran the checkout and I need enable that option for them. All the others that run checkouts and forget to clock out are auto adjusted to the checkout time. Just for some reason in doesn't adjust only the one.
