What can I give my plants to stop the mold?

When I put them in different pots as in the pictures I wash the pots with soap and water. But they still grow mold :/ I tried washing the corms off with vinegar water but nope. Someone on here suggested another chemical but I can't find the comment anymore. What are your remedies to prevent mold? Please list all I have to try several probably 😫
