Mold and algae issue how can I get rid of both and are they harmful to my plants?

In the tank there is white fuzzy mold on some areas? Why is that? The tank they are in has no lid it's always open. Same for my Alocasia in the glass jar they have mold and even algae . Is there any way to get rid of the algae? It's on their roots and corms too. And I didn't add fertiliser to the glass jars? Will H2O2 harm my plant if I try to wash their roots and corms of with it?
