Struggling with PvZ

So back into SC2 after a while and after playing some games and returning to my former status on the ladder (low/mid plat), have realised that I suck against zerg, to the point where I've won like one game out of five.
Specially struggling against openers, feels like zerg is now able to get a lot of units in the field early on but if I manage to get to midgame my unit composition seems to melt away.
Any recommendations on build and on how to make zerg suffer?
