Well… help?

So usually im not used to playing these machine and complex heavy mods since i like exploring and taking it easy. But im playing this modpack to learn and Im kinda lost, i have done a lot of refined storage and MA before so im good with that but everything else is basically new. Any links to strategy guides or step by step processes on any of these mods would help. Actually just any tips in general cause im feeling overwhelmed to be honest. Thanks!
