My family has had 2 experiences where Allegiant canceled flights and didn't do anything to help book them on other flights. Tonight my brother just called me saying they just cancelled, and all the other flights from his city to us are 3xs or more what he paid, and that's if he can get onto a flight. Last year my mother in law and her mom were flying up to see us and they did the same thing. Canceled flights and closed their counters so everyone was left scrambling to find new flights. Is this normal? Super frustrating.
