Ok so this will be a a combination of things, I'm contemplating practicing CE5 meditation. I've done a little research and it sounds fascinating, if it's not mumbo jumbo the idea of expanding my mind and potentially contacting something...just wow. Worth a shot right? Any advice on the matter or any stories will be greatly appreciated. In a weird way just by doing some research i already feel like the door as slightly been opened.

Got me thinking, have monks or those that practice meditation had stories of beings where they could tell it wasn't a "human" kind of spirituality/intelligence and something more "alien" or NHI. I feel like they'd have more experience with that or potentially it's all just difficult to parse?

Also for those that have had these potential experience or meetings...are they seen as special in some way? Our world is a mess right now but of course there are more enlightened people. I wonder if NHI are aware of this or just look at the whole more generalised pictures as it were. I would hope they know not all of us want to destroy the planet and kill each other. I really wish they could just step out of the shadows and help us out but i suppose we need to pull ourselves out of the pit manually. Isn't looking so good recently but i hope we can somehow do it before it's too late.
