Bought and downloaded this wonderful game a month or so ago. Have been enjoying it extensively, up until the point that I came across an article from December about the new difficulty settings. Some research showed that those who have the digital download didn't receive the update. I called xbox support (I have a 360) and they said it was SEGA's call. Even though Microsoft got cash for being a part of the transaction, they just pointed to SEGA. I called SEGA, left a message because they don't have live calls. I don't expect a reply. Basically I'm screwed unless I repurchase the game in disc form.

Anyone else have this problem? Anyone reach help of any kind? If not I think we should get organized, and bitch as a whole to SEGA until we get some justice.
