Still unable to claim Governance period 10 NFT

Hi All,

Pera wallet user for governance. Still unable to claim the current governance NFT. Checked Xgov and normal governance portals and am still qualified for both.

Have contacted tech support and still no avail.

Cleared wallet connect sessions. Cleared chrome and samsung internet (android) cache and history. Cleared cache and reinstalled Pera wallet, and have used VPN. Also used pera browser as first step each time.

I either get no response when I tap the 'connect wallet', or it does open Pera after 'launch' and hangs in app until it says connection failed and requires close and restart on dApp

I am still able to connect wallet to governance with no issues.
