Alexa creating multiple timers every time I create one,

New Behaviour:
Alexa.. Create a Pizza timer for 20 minutes
Pizza Timer created for 20 minutes.
10 Minutes later
Alexa.. how much time is left on my timer.
You have 10 Minutes left on your Pizza timer on Kitchen Dot
You have 10 Minutes left on your Pizza timer on Main Echo
You have 10 Minutes left on your Pizza timer on Bedroom Dot.
When they go off, I need to tell her to stop all three timers!
