Almost 9 days in ! The longest I've been sober in years .. not feeling to bad just got heart palpatations grrrr went into thee emergency room on Friday night cause of it and they hooked me up with some vitamins in my iv and gave me an ekg reading . My blood pressure was high when I first got there (I have bad anxiety) and then dropped quite a bit before I left but still stage 2 😔 .. checked my liver and it wasn't to bad doc said it just looked like someone that's been on a binge and should get better with time which surprised me I was thinking I had hep c 😳 they gave me some keepra ,gabapentin but not gonna take it cause I thought it was a bad choice if I'm having heart palpatations smh anyways they said my ekg was normal which seems odd cause my heart was fluttering and pounding all over the place .. subsided for the next couple days after er visit and now their back but not as bad still annoying though especially at night. Asked if I had afib and doc said no .. I just hope I'm not to late to get back on thee right track health wise . Also had low c02 and low potassium which is alcohol related .. It feels strange being sober this long 😕 my brain is foggy asf and I don't feel like doing anything..

(oh and I'm on a clonidine patch forgot about that one)
