Anxiety
Post Body
Since going through rehab, I've had horrible anxiety. I relapsed after my parents died. Is there anyway to stop/manage this? I just want to be normal again. Not freak out when I'm driving like a mile away. Not panic like I'm a friggin' bunny running from a predator all the time. Should I see like a psychiatrist or a therapist? Or can my PCP help? It's just so crippling.
